We offer a full range of spares and repairs for all makes of security and fire alarm systems, as well a comprehensive range of upgrades, meaning even older systems can benefit from the latest advances in technology, to improve performance and security without the expense of a brand new system.

Diagnostic Technical Helpline.

An invaluable part of our service package, the 24 hour help line most often utilised to reset a security or fire system over the phone. An out of hours response team will be available although a service engineer can also provide guidance remotely and if look further into a fault by directly connecting to your system with our remote diagnostics server.

Technology on the Move.

All our engineers are equipped with tracked satellite navigation systems, meaning we can give an immediate ETA to breakdown response and optimise our journey times. Our vans carry spares for the majority of common systems. We are also able to email job sheets straight to the engineers phone, meaning they have full details of each job at their fingertips, avoiding any opportunity for miscommunication!
